Aaron Drew is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department practicing in New York and New Jersey. He joined the firm in 2023 and focuses his practice on complex commercial matters as well as cases involving commercial real estate, employment issues, trust and estates, corporate dissolution, intellectual property and disputes regarding interpretation and implantations of contractual provisions.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Drew spent over a decade rising through the management ranks of a multi-billion-dollar corporation, ultimately working in the legal compliance department. During law school, Mr. Drew interned in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and for an Administrative Judge at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Mr. Drew also has experience assisting indigent clients as a participant in Fordham Law’s Criminal Defense Clinic.
In May 2020, Mr. Drew received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law with a concentration in litigation and dispute resolution. While at Fordham, Mr. Drew served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Corporate and Financial Law and was a member of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center.
Prior to joining Winne Banta, Aaron was a law clerk at a prominent plaintiff’s employment firm and an associate at regional insurance defense firm, giving Aaron valuable litigation experience on both sides of the aisle.
