Carolyn Geraci Frome

Carolyn Geraci Frome is an experienced litigator with a focus on insurance defense litigation and aviation law. She handles a variety of matters including premises liability, claims subject to the Montreal Convention, claims pertaining to the removal of passengers from domestic and international flights, in flight tort claims, discrimination claims, product defect claims, wrongful death claims, automobile negligence claims and commercial disputes. She has nearly 29 years’ experience representing major airlines and their insurers, as well as premises and automobile insurance carriers.

Carolyn is a member of the International Aviation Women’s Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association.
