David Arnold

David Arnold is an associate in Winne Banta’s Litigation Department. He joined the firm in 2026 and his practice focuses on commercial contract and civil litigation.

Prior to joining Winne Banta, David was a Staff Attorney at Northeast New Jersey Legal Services, where he represented tenants in the Landlord/Tenant Division, gaining extensive courtroom experience through regular bench trial appearances.

He also gained civil litigation experience as an intern with the New Jersey Division of Law, advising counsel on election law matters and engaging in written advocacy in
pension and administrative agency proceedings, and as an extern at the Governor’s Office of General Counsel in Pennsylvania.

David received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was awarded a Beasley Scholarship and recognized through the Rubin Public Interest Honor Society for his commitment to public interest work.
