Jinhee Bae

Jinhee concentrates her practice exclusively in the areas of trusts and estates. She advises individuals and families on estate planning, wealth preservation, and trust and estate administration. Her practice includes wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, lifetime gifting, charitable planning, business succession planning, and sophisticated income, gift, and estate tax matters.

Jinhee also prepares federal and state income, gift, and estate tax returns for individuals, trusts, and estates and works closely with fiduciaries, accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals throughout the planning and administration process.

Fluent in Korean, Jinhee regularly advises Korean-speaking individuals and families and is frequently invited to speak before Korean organizations and community groups on estate planning and wealth preservation.

Known for her thoughtful and practical approach, Jinhee helps clients navigate complex legal and tax matters, protect what they have built, and create lasting legacies for future generations.

Outside the office, Jinhee enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling with her husband and two daughters
