Marley A. Guerrera

Marley A. Guerrera focuses her practice on estate planning and trust and estate administration.  She has experience counseling clients regarding their estate plans and drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies and living wills. She also advises executors and trustees through all aspects of estate and trust administration, including guiding fiduciaries through the probate process as well as preparing estate tax returns.  Prior to joining Winne Banta Basralian and Kahn, Marley practiced at a New York trusts and estates firm.

Marley is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. She is a graduate of Fordham University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics. She received her Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law.
