Biography
Peter Bakarich concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration; international estate planning; probate; wills, living trusts, powers of attorneys and advance directives/living wills; estate, inheritance and gift taxes; federal and state taxation; professional corporations; and pension and profit-sharing plans.
Peter is a member of the American, New Jersey State, New York State, Passaic County and Bergen County Bar Associations. He has been President of the Estate Planning Council of Bergen County and the Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council, and has been selected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Council (ACTEC). A published author, Peter has served as an instructor in will drafting and probate practice for the skills and methods and mandatory continuing legal education courses for new attorneys for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJ-ICLE). He is also a frequent lecturer for the National Business Institute and the Rutgers Institute for Professional Education on estate planning and taxation topics.
