Biography
Richard Wolloch has significant experience in commercial real estate, representing national and regional real estate developers and retailers in acquisition, development and leasing matters, and national and regional lenders in both asset-based and credit-based real estate financings. In recent years, Richard’s practice has expanded into the representation of owner-developers in the hospitality industry, including both hotels and restaurants. Richard was Real Estate Counsel at Pathmark Supermarkets before entering into private practice.
Richard has written “Negotiating Commercial Mortgage Commitment Letters” for the New Jersey Law Journal, “Examining the Latest Trends in Like-Kind Exchanges” for Real Estate Weekly and “Penn Central Transportation Co. v. New York City: A Landmark Landmark Case.” He has presented programs at Financial Service Centers of America Conferences, International Council of Shopping Centers Law Conferences and RealShare East Conferences.
Richard is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association (Real Property Law Section) and the Bergen County Bar Association. He has received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
