Robert J. Kleeblatt

Robert Kleeblatt, a member of the Real Estate Practice Group, has extensive experience in commercial real estate development, ownership, leasing, acquisition, financing and trademark and other intellectual property issues. His broad background in commercial, corporate and partnership law qualifies him to act in the capacity of general counsel to numerous business and professional entities in New York Metropolitan Area. Formerly, he taught business law at Michigan State University in the early 1970s. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Robert is the former chairperson of the Real Estate Section of the Bergen County Bar Association and has acted as counsel to the City of Englewood and the City of Hackensack. Among his other clients are Columbus Properties, Sterling Management, MRH Real Estate Services, Inc., Positive Promotions, Suburban Terrace Condominium Association and NOA Watch Company.

Robert has received an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He was named by (201) Magazine as one of its “Best Lawyers” in the field of Real Estate Law and has been so named since 2012.
