Roman Vaccari

Roman Vaccari is an associate in Winne Banta’s Financial Services practice group. He devotes much of his practice to representation of non-bank financial services companies and money services businesses in general commercial, litigation and regulatory matters. He is actively involved in the representation of the Financial Service Centers of America (“FiSCA”), the national trade association for the check cashing and financial service center industry. In addition, he also represents the Financial Service Centers of New York and the New Jersey Financial Service Centers, respectively, the state trade groups representing New York and New Jersey check cashers and financial service centers. He also focuses on federal Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering compliance for non-bank financial institutions, including Bank Secrecy Act program development and examination.

Roman clerked for the Honorable David W. Heckler (Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas).

Roman is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association.
