Stephanie Davis

Stephanie Davis is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. She joined the firm in 2026, and her practice focuses on complex commercial matters as well as cases involving trusts and estates, commercial real estate, and employment issues.

Prior to joining Winne Banta, Stephanie was an associate at a prominent civil defense firm, with a focus on premises liability and employment matters. Previously, she was an Assistant Public Defender at the Monroe County Public Defender Office in Rochester, NY, representing indigent clients in criminal matters and gaining extensive courtroom experience.

Stephanie received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.
