Recently, as part of our ongoing Building Bergen initiative, Bruce R. Rosenberg, a Principal at Winne Banta Basralian & Kahn, P.C., had the opportunity to sit down with Dr. James W. Hughes, Ph.D. virtually, to discuss his insights on changes that have occurred as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic — and their impact on Bergen County and New Jersey.
