Evan Feder

Evan Feder focuses his practice on estate planning and trust and estate administration. He has experience counseling clients regarding their estate plans and drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies and living wills. He also advises executors and trustees through all aspects of estate and trust administration, including guiding fiduciaries through the probate process as well as preparing estate tax returns.  Prior to joining Winne Banta Basralian and Kahn, Evan was a legal intern at several New York-area law firms.

Evan is admitted to practice law in New York. He is a graduate of Yeshiva University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in accounting. He received his Juris Doctorate from Cardozo School of Law. Evan is pursuing his tax LLM at New York University.
